Montana | You have a wonderful heart and I admire your effort to save the calf but if a calf cannot get on those udders it is best if the Cow is culled. I havea Cow that had a huge bag but the calf could easily suck but maybe she kicked him off because they were sensitive I suspect you might have the same situation, I think I would suggest to the owner that it needs to be their problem not yours.
