I am thinking that it is all a scam. Just use the windows defender. I am using Windows 10 and have been using it for a few months now with out any problems. No more pop up garbage that comes with all the free/cheap antivirus programs. Only down side I seem to only be able to get it to scan manually, so every month or so you should make it scan the computer for problems.
