I've been lurking from time to time for a year or so now and keep thinking I should try this but always found an excuse not to. Well the last few weeks have been so busy and long hours that I accidently lost some weight, so I thought this would be a good time to start. I've never really kept track of or weighed myself at all. I think I was somewhere between 215-220 at the top and over the last few weeks I've noticed my pants fit a little looser just from all the exercise of spring farm work and reduced meals. But with planting pretty well over (15 acres of beans to finish up) my struggle will be not hitting the local burger joint at noon and then eating a big supper at home. Trying to limit myself to 1 'good' meal a day, and last night I had the biggest I'd had in several weeks, went out on a date and had 3/4 rack of ribs.
Anyways I'm at 206 today and I'm going to try to stick to good eating this week and see where I end up next Sunday.
