| How do you keep your livestock a priority when you get busy with field work. Seems like when we're planting, chopping, baling, harvesting etc. I'm so focused on keeping the equipment running the livestock kind of take a back seat. I would think this would be even more difficult with a dairy herd, where management is critical. Seems vaccinations aren't as timely and feeding schedules get worse when I get in the field, especially when your battling weather and don't want to stop. Do you just stop what you're doing at a certain time regardless, to care for the stock, or does everything go haywire at those times like it does around here? Eddie |
