| Run a program called malwarebytes, the only way to be 100 percent sure is to do a format! That's why people need to create a system image frequently so they have something to fall back on without reinstalling everything! Another thing I've done frequently is take hdd out and scan with a different pc that has a updated antivirus, it will clean better when not booted off of. Another thing to try is scanning in safe mode. | |
