WC Mn/Dakotas | We had a wavy Coulter first but it threw way too much mud around. Then switched to a smooth Coulter and reduced the mud flinging a little bit. Didn't like the slit in the clay that usually got wider as the summer went. Decided to take an old Keller sprayer and put on Yetter rotory hoes instead of coulters. Mud chunks are significantly reduced, and can go through much wetter conditions you wouldn't even think to try with a Coulter. We are vrt applying 10-55gpa at 8.5mph and 88 ft wide for a small fraction of what a fast or similar rig costs.
