Subject: Dickey John PM 300 or 400

Ludington/Manistee MI area
I have a Deere 7100 13 row set on 18 inch centers to plant beans with. It started its life as a 6 row wide and the gentleman I bought it off from added in additional units to fill the gaps to plant beans with it. He only had a monitor on the 6 original rows. I never used the monitor since it was only partially doing the job.

Looking online the Dickey John PM 300 or 400 doesn't look bad or too expensive. What are folks experience with them? How expensive is the wiring and sensors?

My logic on a PM 400 was if/when I go to my own Deere 750 for wheat I could monitor the drill also.

Edited to add clarity.
