Our tire dealer had a pair of 60% tread Ultra Sprayer take offs in his shop yesterday and even with them off the wheels I could see bubbles in the sidewalls.
Had this Goodyear 650/65-38 blow out on the sprayer running down the road empty at 32 mph earlier this spring, they got replaced with michelin's.
