Subject: Db 60 planter tires 16.5 implement tires blowing

Saginaw Michigan
32 row db 60 with 16.5 Firestone implement tires. Have had the planter 4 years and first two years did not have any tire trouble. We road ALOT of miles spread out 70 miles end to end. Last year I had the center two tires bubble out the sidewalls and go flat after a 50 mile move. Talked to tire guy and he suggested switching to the truck tires. The quote was $8000 for hubs spindles rims and tires. WHOA! So I chickened out and didn't do it. I always road empty and tend to drive pretty slow. Like 15mph
Had 50psi in the center tires and 55 in the outsides cuz it seems all the roads are crowned and insides are always carrying more weight.

In the past three days I have blown 4 inside tires. All on relatively short moves. Yesterday i roaded 8 miles and lost both inside tires. The bead is failing. Tire guys says because too much weight. Is recommending more air pressure. I called several neighbors that run the same setup and heard everything from 25 psi to 40 psi to 80 psi.

Any tire experts out there can give me advice?
Anyone have truck tires setup they want to sell?
