SE Nebraska, Near Misery and Cans Ass! | I'd like to get a handle on these things. I thought the land next to me was farmed by an owner/operator. Turns out he actually has his own REIT.
I hate anonymous sources but a person I thought should know something about the number with local investments just raised her eyebrows when I posed the question and changed the subject.
I know they are called other things but for the sake of discussion let's consider them all REIT's
Where do REIT's get their money?
Is it US or overseas? Any reason it couldn't be a mix of both?
How hard is it to get money from somewhere else into a US REIT?
And of course, Are the negative interest rates of other countries feeding REIT's? |
