North Central Kansas | I guess I have a few things I am happy with and use alot. Products I am pleased with are my New Holland skid loader, Kubota RTV, Hydraulic tamper, Pengo augers, and the fence strainer style stretchers I've bought from Kencove. I had to modify them a little to do barb wire. I rarely if ever carry the old goldenrod style stretchers. Don't carry hand diggers.
I use these style pliers, not the linesman pliers that some people like. I'll tell you why... You can talk about how careful you are going to be, but that cutting edge will find the new wire and score it somewhere you don't want it hurt. That's the first place it will rust and break. I know they cut wire easily, but they are a liability.
