I have seen a New Idea picker sheller behind an engine cart and a team of mules in Pennsylvania. Don't know if they dried it or not. Some Ordnungs now allow a group of farmers to rent a bagger together to make high moisture shelled corn. Other Ordnungs allow pickers but not shellers, and there are still a few that only allow hand harvest either out of shocks from a binder or right from the row.
When was the last time you used one of these ?
