Ran a 26' with a 2wd 7240 here. It's a load sometimes in heavy clay ground. Sand would take less. 6-7Hp per foot is what is normally takes. You need good rubber on duals also and as much weight as you can get.
A 7240 ran less Hp out of the factory than a 7140 so you are probably ok.
