I find it hard to believe your have received 7 responses and I agree with most of them. For the past 10 or 12 years I have used a DeWalt saw that cost about $125.00. This has been a good saw for me.

Most decent pawn shops will have a few dozen saws for $25.00 - $50.00. You might consider one of these throw away saws for concrete.

About 1948 my uncle, who was a carpenter, purchased a worm drive Skill Saw. He used it, his neighbors and relatives borrowed it and my first cousin now has it. It is still running.
