Fremont, NE | Have a 2010 caseih 16 row 1250 planter and had seedsense and row flow installed. Right side or rows 9-16 seem to keep acting up or worse on singulation, spacing and sometimes population. Most of the time the spacing is the worst on that half. Decided to run a health check and do a motor stability test. Both sides, left and right drive motors, fail every time. Stability is within range but avg err and abs err fail. Decided to do a purge and didn't help. Checked motor drive chains and they were shot so replaced those and installed new. Retested and same results. The 7mph is worse but even fails at 3mph on right side or motor 2. These are factory case drive motors and not PP motors. What all might be causing my problem(s)? Getting numbers as high as 128 on the avg err and 790 on the abs err. | |
