Sorry that statment should be true but wasn't at a sale once. 5 farmall cub's 3 ran 2 didn't. Alternated running and non runner's as they sold. Got to last runner and auctioneer said do not start that tractor as both non runner's brought a better price than the runner's. Sold it unstarted for the higher price range of non runner's and not by a small margin either for a cub.
