I ran 8 head outdoors last summer, took them from 150 up to ~350lb, kept them on 1/4 acre of poor pasture for 3 weeks then moved them to new 1/4 acre. Shouldve moved them sooner, probably after 2 weeks. They "de-compact" the soil at first with their digging then if you leave them too long they "re-compact" the soil and make it worse. Had good regrowth by end of fall, this year it looks great and its the 1st place the cattle graze. This year Ill double the number, make the lots 1/2 acre and then move 2 weeks instead of 3, maybe even faster (10 days or so) once they get real big.
