Same problem here. I replaced ours with a 3/8" thick wall tube. Factory was only 1/4". Bent it both ways and watched it bend going down the road. 45' as well. I've noticed terraces or getting one side on a hill will bend the tube too. Definitely needs something done. I have not called j and m about it. The next tube will be welded solid to the a frame I think. That looks like it might help.
