Subject: bifin problems

Sw mn
Last year I put a dosatron and a 30 gal tank on my planter. We tested it out last year an a couple of fields and after seeing the results it seemed like it would pay after doing some yield tests. And the system worked great.

This year is not as much fun. It seems after about 40 acres I have to turn the pressure up on the pump to get the right rate of fert on then after 80 ac I have to clean the first set of screans there are 4 of them that are plugged. Then turn the pump down plant 40 or so then turn the pump up till I hit 80 ac then I have to clean all the screens 24 on for each row and then the 4 one for each boom.

Is that the normal for bifin? Or is it just my luck. Not fun cleaning screans all day. I usually get 320 acres easy a day and this is cutting into my sleeping time.

24 row planter 22" rows 4.7 gal per acre fert 10.5 oz per a of bifin planting at 4.6 mph.

Also when I am done for the day or field or have to shut down I turn the bifin off for a round to purge the system.

What am I missing?
Thanks
