Just got this planter. It's a 900 8 row narrow, trailing rigid, and can't get the markers to go down. If you push on them a little, they will go, but not on their own. The marker box is switching back and forth properly. We bled the cylinder hoses like the book said...twice. Still won't go down. Any ideas?
