I originally planned for 3 cross tube braces but didn't have the room, and I cut down to two braces and after running 60 acres through it, I think it's perfect now. Everything works as smooth as I thought it would. My only worry was that the front end of the disc pulled a wheelie with the new hitch on back, but the rolling basket hitch wants the lift up causing the disc to sit level again. The hitch I built with my guess weighs at least 250
