Rivers, MB | Never have used the 3 pt hitch on the tractor before till now. Everything works well except that there is a bit of sideways movement on the hitch arms up against the sway blocks with the quick hitch on. About 1/2" on each side would take out all the movement. There are shims that can be bought from JD. Except that the parts guy doesn't know how wide the shims are so I don't know how many to order. Anyone know how wide the shims (Part # R118079) are? And how much play is needed or acceptable.
