Is this happening on all websites, and also using Firefox and Internet Explorer? If it's happening on more than one website then you might have some sort of malware thing going on.

If it's only one website, then they have a bug in their code. Sometimes the bug is related to one browser only, so you can get by for a bit with using an alternate until they figure out what is going on.
