I don't know enough about wheat to know, but that looks tough. What little wheat grown here is barely emerged from the ground and wouldn't be bothered, but yours is heading already, wow.
The corn should grow our of that, the disappointing part will be the number of plants that won't uncurl their new leaves and won't be able to make it. That will be the stand reduction you get from the deal.
