We were getting the same notices from QB Pro 2013, especially for the payroll component. I feel their cost to upgrade is ridiculous, and I don't trust the cloud, so we are going to do it manually. If you have several employees, then I suppose it would be worth it. Look online at the reviews, lots share my sentiments.
