West Central Ohio | Fever? If you DO NOT have a fever, probably food poisoning. Best remedy I know, get a laptop, read NAT and let is blow through (you have to get it through your system). Eat Yogurt, Hydrate with higher pH fluids and lots of water. Use baby wipes.
If you DO have a fever probably a virus. Don't treat a fever until it gets to 101.5F or greater. Just got to wait it out and stay hydrated again with higher pH fluids and eat Yogurt.
Baby wipes and NAT on the laptop are your friend.
