Greg, I have moved to all DP and no storage on beans. What you have to get your head around is we are export driven in this part of the world and the best time to get candy floss is when the circus is in town. Once the water closes after harvest there is no incentive to hold beans and that's why I say a good bean is a sold bean. I have a tough time believing that Sat's neighbourhood is better off with beans locked in the bins as a stranded asset when the SA shipping season kicks off. That looks to me like they would be hanging out the "I want to own the carry out sign".....
