You are doing great BJ, you had a nice 2.5 pound loss. I don't know if you doctor thinks you should be losing faster, but with your limited amount you can eat at a time, you better stick with healthy type food and no junk food. You are doing great with 67.5 pounds lost so far. Have a great week.
I am right where they want me. About 8-10lbs a month. Just feels like it should come off faster. Haha. I have moved up to about 1200calories per day with 100grams of protein being the biggest priority. After protein it is greens and veggies if i have room. |
