How about expanding our domestic use and not be at the mercy of what the propaganda out of China is or the rest of the world for that matter? Exports amount to so little of total use, but are made out to be such a big deal by the traders, etc. Is it any wonder that China releases their lessening of imports right before a report? Trump is right that China is a master manipulator.
