Land will always inflate , period ! That statement does not mean on its steady climb it will never correct . Corrections or what ever you want to call it never last very long , just long enough to take out the weak hand ! Land sustains life ! When it is in that rocket stage that it enters every so often , you will hear saying like " There not making anymore of it " , or other sayings like that ! As far as making it an investment in your portfolio , it is an excellent choice if you have a long term plan . If your looking for a quick trade and every one around you is talking about what a great investment it is , you are too late to the party and probably going to get burned ! But doesn't that apply to any pick ? For those that maybe feeling the discomfort of a correction now , keep in mind another old saying "most farmers live frugally and die rich" !
