pretty sure most of the rims are only rated for 60psi, and as stated you need to let the tires bounce as the wagon has no suspension to absorb bumps in the road. I set all of mine at 60PSI. have a couple that look like the last 2 pics and have been on the fence about replacing them. I only drive 1.5 miles of gravel road to the elevator though.
Do I need to worry about this tire?
