We have had 2 of the '08 powerstrokes, both were completely stock. Traded one of them in with 125,000 miles for a new'12. The other is still used everyday and has 150,000 miles. Basically have had Zero issues with both trucks. I think a service schedule and some common sense goes a long way in the life of a pickup.
