SCSD | That eccentric is shot, Get a new one and see if the tailpiece is worn as well. With a new eccentric you can see how bad the tailpieces are worn. Chances are they are worn as well if that eccentric is that bad. That is long overdue!! Once you have it installed with new parts it needs to be centered with the furrow for optimum results! I feel if your guage wheel arms have more than 1/8" side to side play it needs to be addressed. Good Luck!! | |
