Is the oil gear oil from the planetary or hydraulic oil from the wheel motor, could very possibly be the park brake also, there are several leak sources so you need to identify the source before you tear into it.

The wheel wobble isn't a real concern as I saw most wheels having some wobble coming right out of the factory. they aren't high speed so being perfectly concentric isn't a concern.
