On the front of the pump there is a 1. 7/16 inch flat face cap that you can take off and install some kind of Connector for your power beyond. The problem is unless you add a comensator line the pump will be on low pressure standby unless another function is turned on. And yes it will affect the rest of your hydraulics if it is drawing more flow than the pump can provide.
