How this works is after the military gets everything calmed down the first thing the pentagon dose is send in the USDA to help establish a food system so the people have a way to feed themselves.. Usually the first to go are Veterinarians they help show people the right way to do things.. For some reason the Duel citizen Pres candidate did not know that.. The ASA is just there to help the USDA.. So I guess if it really ticks a guy off write the Pentagon
