RRV, MN | Crankcase filter is on backside of engine near top of the case. Not bad to do. Our magnums recommend changing every 1500 hrs. On our motors with the 12.9 we change every year. They are important to do, if neglected they evidently can hurt seals by building to much case pressure. I think it is asinine that mfg's need to be so conscious to filter that now, what was wrong with a breather tube like has been used forever. | |
