Centre county Pennsylvania, USA | FWIW, USDA reported March US total stocks of corn and soybeans, for the 1997 through 2015 year period, are shown in attached chart. Chart shows that year-over-year variance in US total March stocks is "high". That makes any guess (projection, forecast, or prediction) of future March stocks suspect. It will be what it will be.
