Chebanse, IL.....

I had a Hagie 254 & a 2100. I made "wheel track nozzles" for both of them. Just used 1x1 tubing, welded & bracketed to whatever would allow. It's been a few years, so I'm not sure what was there to fasten to, but the nozzle worked on both machines. Ran a 1/2" hose up to the center front boom via a "tee" that fed both back wheel track nozzles. I did have trouble with atrazine plugging the smaller nozzles sometimes depending on the product. I used a smaller nozzle because I didn't want to over apply by too much in that track.

I also made "mud guards" for both nozzles out of aluminum sheet. It covered the entire leading edge of the nozzle assy to prevent mud, leaves, or dirt from striking the nozzle. I made the brackets so the nozzle was about 18" off the ground.
