If it worked when you parked it  and you do your own AC work ,we have had pretty good luck just replacing the compressor and vacing it down real hard ,then recharging it if there are no leaks. We have found you probally end up with too much oil in the system , so we add a little less than called for with a new compressor.I think some remains in the lines. We have 8 JD ac systems with Nippendenso compressors and have had good luck with them.
