Hahhahaaahhaa, nope rents aren't going down yet here that I know of.  Do have 2 or 3 landlords making sizable improvements (tiling,terraces, clearing,etc.) and I'd honestly rather pay the same rent and have them make the farm better than try to beat them down a few dollars.  Now, if corn prices are $2.80 come harvest time then the hangover will get real for everybody.
