Missouri | With Nebraska's out of control property taxes, the impending water limits we will be allowed to pump on our crops, and $3.20 corn, I will predict you will see Nebraska's land value drop the most of any state in the Union over the next 5 years. It states the increase in farmland values is nothing short of phenomenal. I will bet they will be saying the same thing for Nebraska values going down.
