I think in all your posts from the last 3 years you have said this is not the time to sell.
you can pick the time to sell on your dime. I can see when stochastics have bottomed. Did you sell last summer when we had a run up? Stochastics maxed out?
Edit: you should only market max of 2-3 times per year. Selling right now when it's the worst time historically is stupid whether you need cash or ?
