Monroe City, MO | Want to get something sold for summer 2017. Last year did HTA's for 16 months forward. Can do a HTA for about twelve cents per bushel. Bunge has a tunnel contract for nine cents. Set a floor like a HTA but allows some upside if prices rally. Problem is if it rallies too much you just get the floor price. I'm guessing they are using options. Anyone know how they utilize them on a tunnel contract?
