Here's a chart predicting 2.95 in 12 months. It may not happen in 12 months but you can be fairly sure it will happen over the next 5 years. I would say its at least 5X more likely to see sub 3 than 4 plus for a market year average over the next 5 years. You will have events that temporarily may drive it up to 4.50 or higher.
