It might not be having a total sell out auction is the solution but the 500 acre guy who thought he needed to buy 4 8R series Deere tractors so he didn't have to unhook stuff might need an "attention getter".
Or if the rent or living expenses are too high, that needs to be addressed as well. It's easier to get stuff figured out while you have a 70% debt to equity ratio instead of 35%.
I would rather be at a 35% debt to equity ratio then 70%, I think you got it backwards. |
