Bankruptcy and Default are a necessary part of ag. Otherwise, how will people know when to stop pushing land prices higher. Is $10000 too much, $20000? It will continue to rise until bankruptcy and default are common. The 80's would not have been bad if people could rewind the clock and not get the last debt advance prior to getting in trouble. Same thing this go round.
