One more nugget for the energy bulls.. the US Rig Count Record low was 488 rigs drilling in 1999.. (Granted records only go back probably to the 1970's..?? still..)  Last week's numbers were down AGAIN.. the count was down 12 to 508 rigs running..  Another couple weeks at that pace and we will print a new record low rig count...
