NW Ohio | Bought an inline wrapper and wrap all of our hay and bedding for the most part. Majority of the bales are sitting on a crushed blacktop pad so don't have to fight the mud. Try to make as much Balege as possible. Let dry hay sit and sweat for a couple weeks before putting 2-3 layers of plastic around them. Not as nice as a barn but seems to work for us right now. Also don't have to pay taxes on a line of bales. Also helps us out by putting bales at different building sites to cut down hauling bedding and hay all winter.
