| Hard to remember, but last year I dont remember pushing hardly any snow, maybe 1-2 times -- froze up before thanksgiving, thawed by christmas - then rather cold for the rest of the winter without a lot of precip. So while snow covered, I dont think there was very much. Also remember hydrant freezing when the frost was coming out. This year we've had 40+ inches of snow and melted it all off -- I think it all came in about 4 storms - so we had moisture, just enough warmth to keep it from sticking too long. | |
